Though dehydration can be caused by the following
Profuse sweating
Vomiting
Urinating excess
Fever
Not drinking enough water
Some disease condition also results to dehydration example of such include
Diabetes
Cystic fibrosis
Kidney disease
Below give a brief insight of how this disease can lead to dehydration
DIABETES
Individual suffering from diabetes are more prone to dehydration this is due to the fact that excess passage of glucose stored in the urine along side with body fluid and water which this result to dehydration

CYSTIC FIBROSIS
Individual suffering from this disease produces sweat in higher quantity compare to that do not ,
In this condition the individual do not feel thirsty due to low salt content ,this becomes dehydrated.

KIDNEY DISEASES
One major function of the kidney is the control of volume of body fluid
Kidney conserve water by producing concentrate nature of urine when in need to conserve water produce dilute urine when not ,this is done to maintain constant normal /constant body fluid .
In a diseases state this function is hindered and much water and body fluid is lost resulting to dehydration.

TREATMENT OF DEHYDRATION
This can be done by
Self treatment ( drink more water ,oral rehydration)
Seeking medical ccare ( seek doctor opinion)
